This issue wasn't nearly as good as I normally expect WH to be. Here's an overview:
For Exercise, they have Tone Up for a Two Piece (which is mostly basic moves like squats, lunges, dumbbell flys & rows, etc), How to Master a Pushup, the 15 Minute Workout is Energizing with Yoga, & Swim Your Butt Off (benefits of swimming plus tearout cards for a poolside shapeup).
Diet articles included Diet vs Exercise: The Smackdown (which is more effective in losing weight, avoiding cancer, etc), Lose Your Appetite (tips include eating potatoes, having protein for breakfast, sniffing peppermint, etc), "New" Greens (radicchio, watercress, etc), Build a Better Kebab & 6 Bikini-Friendly Burgers.
They also have their 2010 Beauty Awards but as someone who reads a lot of beauty mags, I didn't find anything new or interesting to check out.
